Here’s how to register with the app:

  • Click the Sign In button on the top right corner of the home page.
  • Or

  • Click the Login button on the app home page.
  • Create a username and password for your account.
  • Click the Login button.
  • You will receive an email notification on registration.
  • Click the link in the email to verify your account.
  • Login to your account using your credentials.
  • Go to My Profile under your username on the top right corner of your dashboard.
  • Click the Settings button on your profile.
  • You can update your personal information, change picture and password for your profile here.
  • Click the Save Changes button.
  • Create a username and password to login on the app home page.
  • Or

  • Click the Start a Project button on the app home page.

  • Fill in the details which describes your organisation requirements and project initiatives.
  • Click the Submit button.
  • You will receive an email notification stating that you have created your first project.
  • Login to your account using your credentials.
  • Click the Project Name on your dashboard. It takes you to the project details page.
  • Click the Upload Documents button below the project description.
  • Choose a file to upload.
  • Click the Upload button.
  • Login to your account using your credentials.
  • Click the Project Name on your dashboard. It takes you to the project details page.
  • Click the Edit Details button below the project description and make necessary changes.
  • Click the Update button.
  • Login to your account using your credentials.
  • Click the Advice Calls tab on the main menu of your dashboard.
  • Click the Add a new call button.
  • Fill in the call details like call date, contact number, your availability and project challenges.
  • Click the Submit button.
  • You will receive an email notification stating that you have requested a call with us.
  • Login to your account using your credentials.
  • Click the Problems tab on the main menu of your dashboard.
  • Click the Add a new Problem button.
  • Fill in the details which describes your organisation and challenges.
  • Click the Submit button.
  • You will receive an email notification stating that you’ve posted your challenge.
  • Login to your account using your credentials.
  • Start a project by creating a small brief which tells us about your change management requirements.
  • Fill in other details like start date, project initiatives, support type, systems and select a change management bundle from the list if required.
  • Select your budget for the project.
  • Click the Submit button.
  • To publish your project, click on the project link under project listing.
  • Click the Publish Now button.
  • You will receive an email notification stating that you have published your project.
  • If you wish to publish your project later click on the Publish button.
  • Click the Publish Later button.
  • Login to your account using your credentials.
  • Start a project by creating a small brief which tells us about your change management requirements.
  • Fill in other details like start date, project initiatives, support type, systems and select a change management bundle from the list if required.
  • Select your budget for the project.
  • Click the Submit button.
  • If you wish to keep your project anonymous do not publish them. The force4change team will assist you in delivering the project.
  • Login to your account using your credentials.
  • Click on the proposal clicks under the project listing on your dashboard.
  • Click on the project name.
  • Review all proposals posted by different change agents.
  • Login to your account using your credentials.
  • Click on the proposal clicks under the project listing on your dashboard.
  • Click on the agent’s name to view their profile.
  • You can also view the full list of agents under Change Agents tab on the main menu of your dashboard.
  • Login to your account using your credentials.
  • Click on the proposal link under the project listing on your dashboard.
  • Click the Action Required button under the proposal listing.
  • Click the Accept Proposal button.
  • Enter any specific notes to the specialist.
  • Read and accept the terms and conditions.
  • Click the Start Project button.
  • Login to your account using your credentials.
  • Accept the proposal posted by a change agent.
  • Your tax invoice/receipt will be generated.
  • Click the Pay Now button.
  • You will be redirected to the secure PayPal gateway to initiate the deposit amount.
  • You will receive an email notification about your invoice.
  • As a customer, you can either cancel published or unpublished projects on your account.

  • Login to your account using your credentials.
  • Click on the project link under the project listing on your dashboard.
  • Or

  • Click the Projects tab on the main menu of your dashboard.

  • Select the project which you wish to cancel.
  • Click the Cancel Project button.
  • You will receive an email notification stating that you’ve cancelled your project.
  • As a customer, you can put your published project on hold at any time.

  • Login to your account using your credentials.
  • Click on the project link under the project listing on your dashboard.
  • Or

  • Click the Projects tab on the main menu of your dashboard.

  • Select the project which you wish to put on hold.
  • Click the Put on Hold button.
  • Once your payment is processed, your project moves to Work in Progress state (WIP).

  • Login to your account using your credentials.
  • Click on the WIP tab on the sidebar panel.
  • Click on the project link under the project listing on your dashboard.
  • Click on the Create a Schedule button for a creating a project schedule.
  • Fill in the project schedule details with milestone details.
  • Click the Submit button.
  • Login to your account using your credentials.
  • Click on the WIP tab on the sidebar panel.
  • Click on the project link under the project listing on your dashboard.
  • Click on the Create a Schedule button and fill in the project details.
  • Fill in the milestone details like the start date and other mandatory fields.
  • If you wish to create more milestones for your project, click on the Add new milestone button.
  • Click the Submit button.
  • You will receive an email notification stating that you have created the milestone.
