We were engaged by this professional body to coach and build change management capabilities. They were undertaking significant transformation as an organisation and as such their technology and systems changes were an important aspect of the transformation that required a robust change management approach.
With project lead resources in place, our approach hinged around empowerment and coaching of key internal stakeholders to drive the force4change change management plan. This consulting approach reflected the deeply transformative organisation changes taking place and provided the client with a sustainable source of change management expertise embedded within the business.
Force4change were further engaged to provide support for a digital workplace platform, working with the change leads from the beginning to roll out. During this project, it was immediately clear how the project and change management skills honed in our coaching program drove effective delivery majorly led by internal resources. Our relationship with this organisation continues to prosper as we continue to provide advisory support their change lead team.
